The intention with the pre-counselling session is to assist clients in feeling comfortable with their counselling choice. This is a big decision and requires due consideration.

A counselling session takes one hour.

By completing the form on the website, or the other option is to call us direct and talk to a therapist.
Where do I go for therapy?
Right now, our counselling services are delivered via Telehealth (Skype) where ever you feel safe and comfortable and this can be achieved on your mobile phone, iPad or Computer.
